Episode 12 – Chris & Jamie

Helpfluencers Episode 12

Tedd Bernard with Chris & Jamie

"Having a lean team is important.
We spent the time working through a forecast over the next five years…

We plan to build a 100-Million dollar plus company,
but looking at the short term isn’t super beneficial in the wake of the Coronavirus.

The real impact is that we aren’t going to be able to
acquire the number of customers we want to in the first year of scaling nationwide…

We saw this as an opportunity to step back and
re-think the customer experience and user experience.

We wanted to be ready with a better TiqAssist
when people are back in stadiums."
